The communication is absolutely amazing. They try their best to communicate and get things done as soon as possible. However, with them being busy, it might take a little while however, it does get done as soon as they possibly can. Very friendly service.

I cannot say enough good things about this leasing company! They are a small, family-owned business that truly cares about their renters. Any time we’ve needed something, they’ve gone above and beyond to help.
Ann, who was mentioned in a previous review, isn’t even the main person renters deal with, yet she still takes time out of her busy schedule to help when needed. She has always been incredibly kind, patient, and professional in my experience. The entire staff has been nothing but helpful and responsive. As with any house, small maintenance issues have come up, but every single time we reported something—like a leak—it was fixed the same day. They don’t ignore problems; they take care of them immediately. There was also a minor billing issue at one point, but as soon as it was brought to their attention, they fixed it right away with no hassle. Unfortunately, I believe the negative review left by my former roommate was more about her personal situation than the company itself. She wanted to break her lease on short notice, and when that wasn’t immediately possible, she unfairly blamed the leasing office. The truth is, this company has been nothing but fair, accommodating, and professional. If you’re considering leasing from them, don’t let one bad review deter you. My experience has been nothing short of amazing, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to live!

we have had a great experience with twright properties we have had a few minor issues and twright was on top of sending maintenance i have read the reviews and i can say that we pay our rent on time and we have received great services when something does go wrong and as for any house or apartment they will have issues you cant blame the landlord......i feel like if you pay your rent on time then you will not have any issues... i read all these reviews i ask my self did you pay your rent on time every month because i have had nothing but the best services
